摘 要:历史村镇保护设计影响评估,可以对保护设计导致价值属性产生的潜在负面影响进行检讨,然后再反馈到保护设计阶段进行修正,如此反复,最后形成较为科学、合理的保护设计方案,这样的保护设计、评估的过程与循证设计具有高度的契合性。该文在阐述循证设计缘起、概念、内涵、过程的基础上,构建了基于循证设计的历史村镇保护设计的影响评估框架,然后以重庆同兴老街保护设计为例,引入影响评估工具对保护设计方案进行详细评估,并反馈到方案的修改和完善中,从而规避对历史村镇的潜在负面影响,以提高保护设计编制的科学性。Conducting an impact assessment of historical village protection planning and design can review the potential negative impact of value attributes caused by protection design, then amend which according to feedback to the process of protection design repeatedly, so as to form a more scientific and reasonable protection design plan, which is highly consistent with method of evidence-based design. On the basis of explaning the origin, concept, connotation, and process of evidence-based design, we construct a framework for impact assessment of historical village protection design based on evidence-based design. Taking Tongxing Old Street as an example, we introduce an impact assessment tool for detailed assessment of the protection design program and feedback to the modification and improvement of the program, in order to avoid potential negative impacts of heritage, and to enhance the scientific of protection design.
