摘  要:以部分废铝为原料试验生产A356.2铝铸造合金锭,并对其性能进行评价。在试验生产熔炼过程中使用再生铝专用打渣剂,它对于提升合金铸锭的品质有较大作用,该打渣剂具有无刺激、熔渣与铝熔体分离彻底而利于除渣等优点,同时可以有效防止铝合金熔体吸气,避免铸锭产生气孔、疏松等缺陷。将试验生产的铸锭性能与全用原铝为原料所生产的A356.2铝合金铸锭的性能进行了对比,两种铸锭的各项性能指标较为接近,均达到国家标准要求。企业扩大废铝应用比例可降低生产成本,值得在行业内推广。The production and performance evaluation of A356.2 aluminum alloy using scrap aluminum as raw material were conducted.In the melting process of trial production,the special slagging agent for recycled aluminum plays a great role in improving alloy ingot quality.The slagging agent has the advantages of no initation,thorough separation of aluminum slag,which is conductive to slag removal.At the same time,it can effectively prevent metal melt from absorbing the hydrogen and avoid defects such as pores and porosity.Comparing the the performance of the test ingot with that of A356.2 A1 alloy ingot produced from pure aluminum,the performance of the two ingots are close and both meet the requirements of national standards.Increasing the application ratio of scrap aluminum in enterprises can reduce the production cost,which is worth popularizing in the aluminum industry.
