摘　　要：用电解铝液为主要原料生产的3102铝合金铸乳板广泛用作轧制空调器箔的坯料。但由于电解铝液温度高、氢含量高、金属杂质及非金属夹杂物多等特点,使铸轧板容易出现晶粒粗大等问题,影响用户使用,因此往往在电解铝液中加人一部分固体料。合理提高电解铝液中的固体料配比,可有效促进铸轧板的晶粒细化,提高其铸轧板的力学性能,并降低电解铝液温度,降低铝-钛-硼丝的加入量。The 3102 aluminum alloy cast-rolled sheet produced with electrolyte as the main raw material is widely used as rolling stocks for air conditioner foils.Due to high electrolyte temperature,high hydrogen content,large amount of metal impurities and non-metal-lic inclusions,grains of the cast-rolled sheet are often large,which affects clients usage.Reasonably increasing the solid material ratio in the electrolytic aluminum liquid can effectively promote grain refinement of the cast-rolled sheet,improve its mechanical properties,and reduce the temperature of the aluminum liquid and the content of Al-Ti-B wire added.
