代建制下图书馆古籍存藏探讨——以太原市图书馆为例

摘　　要：文章以太原市图书馆改扩建新馆建设项目为例,阐述了在代建制模式下,工程的验收交接显得至关重要。因古籍书库储存条件的重要性和古籍书库未达到存藏条件的现状,太原市图书馆通过比对分析、跟踪测量等方法,分析古籍书库温湿度的存藏条件,进一步配合设计方、代建方完成古籍书库空调升级改造,达到古籍存藏条件,进而完成古籍回迁工作。通过探讨得到的启示是:代建制下馆方主导,并行工作;项目查验整改、竣工验收以馆方为主;馆方应积极培育专业技术人员参与项目全过程。Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of Taiyuan Library as an example,this paper expounds on the importance of the storage conditions of the ancient books and the current situation that the storehouse does not meet the storage conditions under the agent construction mode.Through comparative analysis,tracking measurement and other methods,it analyzes the storage conditions of the temperature and humidity of the ancient books storehouse,and further cooperates with the designer and the agent to complete the upgrading of the air conditioning of the ancient books storehouse.That is how the library can boast a storehouse that can preserve ancient books and facilitate the move-back of the books.We are inspired by the project that the remodel retails cooperation and should be library-oriented under the agent construction system,the library holds the key to the rectification and evaluation of the project,and the library should build a talent pool who should participate in the whole process of construction.
