不同催芽方法对虎舌红种子发芽的影响

摘　　要：以虎舌红种子为试验材料,采用不同赤霉素(GA)浓度、不同催芽方式进行种子发芽率、发芽势的比较试验,结果表明:GA浓度和催芽方式对虎舌红种子的发芽有较大影响,其中0.05g·L^(-1) GA的催芽效果最好,发芽率和发芽势分别为96.7%和14%;用GA催芽的效果最佳,发芽率和发芽势分别为98.7%和20.7%,细河沙、低温处理催芽效果较差。The seeds of Ardisia mamillate Hance were treated with GA in different concentrations and by different methods.The germination rate and germination potential after the treatments were compared.The results indicate that GA concentration and germination methods have a remarkable effect on seed germination of Ardisia mamillate Hance.Specifically,the best gemination effect(germination rate of 96.7%and germination potential of 14%)was achieved with 0.05g·L^(-1) GA.Compared with fine river sand and low-temperature treatment,GA treatment demonstrated significantly higher efficiency,leading to a germination rate of 98.7%and germination potential of 20.7%.
