《洗冤集录》躯干词及其历时考察

摘　　要：宋代宋慈的《洗冤集录》是世界上首部完整的法医学专著,记载宋代检验尸伤法令、验尸方法、死因鉴别、急救处理等内容。该书是司法检验的指南,不但为中国法医学奠定坚实基础,18世纪还传入欧洲,有英、法、荷、德、韩、日、俄、匈多国译本。《洗冤集录》所记人体部位比其他典籍详细,人体词不但是核心词(基本词),亦属医学行业词,故该书是探索人体词流变的难得语料。本文以躯干词为对象,观察该书躯干词系统,对其做历时的考察。Xiyuan Jilu written by Song Ci in the Song dynasty is the world’s first complete collection of legal medical cases. A guidebook of legal inspection, the book discussed regulations of corpse and injury inspections, autopsy procedures, identification of causes of death, and emergency treatments at the time. The book not only laid a solid foundation for China’s legal medicine, but was also introduced to Europe in the 18 th century and translated into such languages as English, French, Dutch, German, Korean, Japanese, Russian and Hungarian. Xiyuan Jilu describes body parts in greater detail and accuracy than other types of records, with the terms of body parts in this book being not only its kernel words but also jargon in the field of legal medicine, which makes it a rare corpus for tracing the evolution of terms of body parts.
