直肠黏膜高位内镜下烧灼加低位套扎术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂所致便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨直肠黏膜高位内镜下烧灼加低位套扎术治疗直肠内脱垂所致便秘的效果,将2018年1月至2019年8月我院收治的120例直肠内脱垂所致便秘患者分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组行直肠黏膜下硬化剂注射术,观察组行直肠黏膜高位内镜下烧灼加低位套扎术,比较2组患者术前及术后3、6、12、18个月的便秘症状评分。结果显示,2组患者术前及术后3个月便秘症状评分比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;术后6、12、18个月,观察组患者便秘症状评分均显著低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,直肠黏膜高位内镜下烧灼加低位套扎术治疗直肠内脱垂所致便秘操作简单易行,远期效果优于直肠黏膜下硬化剂注射术,具备较好的发展前景。This study was to investigate the effect of endoscopic high burn &low ligature for rectal mucosa in the treatment of constipation from internal rectal prolapse(IRP),divided 120 cases met above conditions treated in authors’ hospital(2018-01-2019-08)into control group(60 cases,received sub-rectal mucosa injecting sclerosing agent)and observation group(60 cases,endoscopic high burn &low ligature for rectal mucosa);then,compared both groups’ score rating on constipation symptoms before surgery and 3,6,12 and 18 months after surgery.As results,the ratings before surgery and 3 months after surgery had no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);but,6,12 and 18 months after surgery the ratings of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05).Results show that the procedure used in observation group for constipation from IRP has such merits as easy and simple mamipulation,and better short-term effect than injecting sclerosing agent,thus good prespective situation.
