温盐水灌肠联合腹部抚触治疗新生儿胎粪性便秘的临床效果

摘　　要：为探讨温盐水灌肠联合腹部抚触治疗新生儿胎粪性便秘的临床效果,将2018年1月至2020年6月于我院就诊的60例胎粪性便秘新生儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组应用开塞露注肛或肛门排气的方法治疗,观察组应用温盐水灌肠+腹部抚触法治疗。比较2组患儿胎粪排出情况、再腹胀及二次灌肠情况。结果显示,观察组患儿首次排出粪便时间、胎粪排尽时间明显短于对照组,首次胎粪排出量明显多于对照组,再腹胀及二次灌肠率明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,温盐水灌肠联合腹部抚触治疗新生儿胎粪性便秘效果确切,具有临床应用价值。This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of warm saline for enema plus stroke &touch on abdomen in the treatment of meconium constipation of newborns,randomly divided 60 cases newborns with meconium constipation treated in author’s hospital(2018-01-2020-06)into control group[30 cases,treated with open plus dew(laxative suppository),or flatus via anus]and observation group(30 cases,warm saline enema plus stroke &touch on abdomen);then,compared both groups’ newborn’s meconium defecated-out status,reburbulence,and secondary enema status.As results,in the time for firstly defecated meconium out,and complete defecated out,in the volume of first defecated meconium,as well as incidence of reburbulence and secondary enema,observation group was significantly and respectively shorter,more as well as lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that warm saline for enema plus stroke &touch on abdomen in the treatment of meconium constipation of newborns has certain efficacy.
