中药熏洗坐浴联合消肿止痛膏换药对混合痔术后创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：为探讨中药熏洗坐浴联合消肿止痛膏换药对混合痔术后创面愈合的影响,将2019年1月至2020年1月拟于我院接受外剥内扎术治疗的80例混合痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。术后第1天开始,对照组予以中药(水肿方)熏洗坐浴,观察组予以中药熏洗坐浴联合消肿止痛膏换药。比较2组术后创面疼痛、水肿、渗液、肉芽组织生长情况,以及创面愈合时间。结果显示,2组患者术后第1天创面疼痛、水肿、渗液情况评分比较差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;术后第3、7、14天创面疼痛、水肿、渗液情况评分均明显低于对照组,P <0.05。术后第7、14天,观察组创面肉芽组织生长情况评分均明显低于对照组,P <0.05。观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,中药熏洗坐浴联合消肿止痛膏换药可减轻混合痔术后创面疼痛、水肿程度,促进创面愈合。This study was to investigate the influence of TCM fuming-wash sitz bath combined with XiaozhongZhitong Gao(Gao,a TCM formula ointment)for dressing exchange on postoperative wound-surface healing of mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 80 mixed hemorrhoids patients who received external dissection &internal ligation in author’s hospital from 2019-01 to 2020-01 into control group [40 cases,since the postoperative 1 st day received TCM(on edema formula)fuming-wash sitz bath]and observation group(40 cases,TCM fuming-wash sitz bath plus Gao for dressing exchange);then,compared both groups’ patients’ postoperative wound-surface pain,edema,and granulation tissue as well as patients’ postoperative wound-surface healing time.As results,on the 1 st day after surgery in the score ratings on wound-surface pain,edema and exudation status there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05);but on the 3 rd,7 th and 14 th day after surgery the score ratings of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P <0.05);on the 7 th and the 14 th day granulation tissue growth status of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05);in wound-surface healing time observation group was significantly lower than control group(P <0.05);in wound-surface healing time observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P <0.05).Results show that TCM fuming-wash sitz bath plus Gao for dressing exchange can allieve postoperative wound-suface pain and edema degree,and promote it healing.
