激励干预对直肠癌患者围术期身心状态的影响

摘　　要：为探讨激励干预对直肠癌患者围术期身心状态的影响,将2018-2019年拟于我科行手术治疗的78例直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例,对照组围术期行常规护理及健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施激励干预,比较2组患者入院时(干预前)及出院时(干预后)的心理状态、自我效能感,以及入院时及出院后2个月的生活质量。结果显示,1)心理状态:干预后,2组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较干预前明显降低,P <0.05;组间比较,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于对照组,P <0.05。2)自我效能感:干预后,2组患者自我效能感量表(GSES)评分较干预前明显升高,P <0.05;组间比较,观察组GSES评分明显高于对照组,P <0.05。3)生活质量:出院后2个月,观察组患者生活质量(QOL)评分明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,对直肠癌患者围术期实施激励干预有助于改善患者心理状态,提高其自我效能及生活质量。This study was to investigate the influence of inspiration intervention on the physical and mental situation of patients with rectal cancer at perioperation,randomly divided 78 cases to be subject to surgery for rectal cancer from 2018 to 2019 yr.in author’s department into control group(38 cases,at perioperation received routine nursing and health teaching)and observation group(39 cases,based on control group,added with inspiration intervention);then,compared both groups’ patients’ mental situation and sense of selfefficacy at admitted(i.e before intervention)and at discharged(i.e,after intervention),as well as their quality of life at admitted,and 2 months after discharged.As results,1)mental situation:the score ratings on HAMA and HAMD in both groups were significantly reduced than before intervention(P <0.05),and,the ratings in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P <0.05).2)sense of self-efficacy:the score ratings on GSES in both groups were significantly uplifted than before intervention(P <0.05),the ratings of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05).3)quality of life:2 months after discharged the score ratings on quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05).Results show that inspiration intervention is beneficial to improve patients’ mental situation,as well as enhance their self-efficacy and quality of life.
