以自我管理为导向的5A护理模式在肠造口者中的应用效果

摘　　要：为探讨以自我管理为导向的5A护理模式在肠造口者中的应用效果,将60例肠造口者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受以自我管理为导向的5A护理,比较2组干预效果。结果显示,2组患者护理干预后自我效能评分均较治疗前明显升高,P <0.05;护理干预后组间比较,观察组自我效能评分高于对照组,P <0.05。观察组造口相关并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,以自我管理为导向的5A护理模式干预可有效提升肠造口者的自我效能,有助于减少并发症的发生。This study was to investigate the efficacy of self-managment guided 5 Anursing model(Model)applied in the patients with enterostomy,randomly divided 60 cases who had received enterostomy into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,Model nursing);then,compared both groups’ efficacy intervened.As results,compared to before treatment both groups’ patients’ self-efficacy ratings were all significantly enhanced(P <0.05),but observation groups’ ratings were more higher than control group(P <0.05);the complication incidence of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05).Results show that Model nursing intervention can effectively uplift patients’ self-efficacy,and is helpful to reduce complication.
