摘 要:针对目前使用的圆筒冷却技术无法有效回收利用转底炉球团显热的问题,本文采用一种基于气固换热原理的竖式冷却技术,在转底炉锅炉出口烟气、6%含氧量烟气以及N_(2) 3种不同的冷却介质作用下,对其冷却效果进行了研究。试验结果表明:转底炉锅炉出口烟气、6%含氧量烟气均不适用于冷却金属化球团,而采用N_(2)能获得较好的冷却效果。与圆筒冷却相比,N_(2)冷却能使球团金属化率提升13%,且环境友好,无冷却蒸汽外排现象,同时,每年可为转底炉节省气体燃料约20%。In view of the problem that using the existing cylinder cooling technology is not possible to effectively recycle and utilize the sensible heat of the pellet in rotary hearth furnace, a vertical cooling technique based on the principle of gas-solid heat exchange is used, and the cooling effect of the boiler is studied under the action of 3 different cooling media including flue gas of the boiler outlet of rotary hearth furnace, 6% oxygen content flue gas and N_(2).The results show that the flue gas and 6% oxygen content flue gas of the boiler outlet of rotary hearth furnace are not suitable for cooling metalized pellet, and the better cooling effect can be obtained by using N_(2).Compared with cylinder cooling, N_(2) cooling can increase the metallization ratio of the pellet by 13%,and the environment is friendly without extrinsic phenomenon of cooling steam, while about 20% of the gas fuel can be saved per year for the rotary hearth furnace.
