摘 要:本文针对球团返矿回收利用难的问题,采用在球团返矿中配加赤铁矿调节粒度组成,并添加有机黏结剂、无机添加剂及铸铁粉压制成型的复合锈化固结的方法制备冷固结干球,并对添加剂配比、焖料时间、养护时间等工艺参数进行相关试验研究。结果表明:通过复合锈化固结法制备的冷固结干球具有抗压强度高、固结时间短、低温还原粉化指数较好以及优异的还原膨胀指数,不仅满足了高炉的使用需求,同时也为球团返矿乃至含铁冶金废料的利用提供了处理工艺参考。In view of the difficulty of recycling and utilizing the pellet screening, cold bound pellet is prepared with the method of regulating the particle size by adding hematite in the pellet screening, and the method of composite rusting concretion by adding organic binders, inorganic additives and cast iron powder, and then relevant experimental researches are conducted through additive ratio, braising material time, maintenance time and other process parameters to the cold bound pellet prepared by the process.The results show that the cold bound pellet prepared through the method of composite rusting concretion has high compressive strength, short consolidation time, good low temperature disintegration index and excellent swelling index, which can fully meet the use requirements of blast furnace, and provide a new process for the utilization of pellet screening and iron-containing metallurgical waste.
