摘  要:以郑58×PH6WC为基础试材选育的二环系M5861、M5862、M5864、M5866和M5867作被测系,与不同杂种优势群的PH4CV、丹3140、昌7-2和京92共4个测验系进行NCⅡ杂交,分析主要农艺性状和产量配合力效应。结果表明,被测系M5861和M5866不同性状的一般配合力效应值较高;M5861×PH4CV、M5864×丹3140、M5866×PH4CV和M5866×丹3140这4个组合的特殊配合力效应值较高;M5861×PH4CV、M5861×丹3140和M5866×PH4CV总的配合力效应较高,与实际表现基本一致,总配合力效应更能准确地反应杂交种各性状的综合表现。一定程度上反应出郑58×PH6WC二环系与先锋父本类自交系组配效果较好。Five second cycle inbred lines M5861, M5862, M5864, M5866 and M5867 were bred based onZheng58×PH6 WC as the base test material, and were crossed with 4 different heterosis groups test lines(PH4 CV,Dan3140,Chang7-2 and Jing92) by incomplete diallel crossing(NCⅡ), to analyze the main agronomic charactersand yield combining ability effect. The results showed that: GCA effect value of different characters of tested linesM5861 and M5866 were higher, SCA effect value of four hybrids M5861 × PH4 CV, M5864 × Dan3140, M5866 ×PH4 CV and M5866×Dan3140 were higher, three hybrids M5861×PH4 CV, M5861×Dan3140 and M5866×PH4 CVwere higher on total combining ability effect which expression was consistent with actual planting, it explained thetotal combining ability effect could more accurately reflect the comprehensive performance of hybrids. The studyshowed that a second cycle inbred line of Zheng58×PH6 WC had a better heterosis effect with the pioneer paternalinbred lines.
