摘 要:"摸清家底"是发现单相接地故障处理各个环节缺陷的重要工作,在此基础上"补齐短板",有针对性地消除缺陷,对于提升单相接地故障处理性能具有重要意义。介绍了电容电流水平的估算法、间接测量法和直接测量法,阐述了采用现场勘查方式摸清消弧线圈系统、零序电压系统、零序电流互感器、变电站内外自动化装置等运行现状。介绍了对某市电缆化率较高的变电站开展的"摸清家底"和"补齐短板"的工作实效,整改前单相接地选线正确率仅28.6%,整改后单相接地选线均投跳闸,跳闸正确动作率达到95.2%。Making clear the resources is an important task for finding defects in all aspects of single-phase grounding fault handling.On this basis,making up the shortcomings and eliminating defects are of great significance for improving the performance of singlephase grounding fault handling.This paper discusses the approaches of estimation,indirect measurement and direct measurement to grasp the capacitance current.The field survey methods to obtain the situation of arc suppression coil system,zero sequence voltage system,zero sequence current system,and automation devices of substations are described.The practice of finding out and making up the defeats of substations with high cable rate is introduced.The correctness of the single-phase grounding line selection was only 28.6%before rectification.After the reconstruction project,as the tripping mechanism is added to earthed fault handling,the correctness of tripping action reached 95.2%.
