摘 要:为对3种鉴定方法进行比较分析,以建立适合于化妆品中铜绿假单胞菌的检验方法,本文同时采用MALDI-TOF-MS方法、基于16s rRNA基因的系统发育分析方法、VITEK2 COMPACT微生物鉴定仪对化妆品中10株分离菌株进行鉴定。结果显示,上述3种方法对10株可疑菌株鉴定结果一致,均为铜绿假单胞菌。由此可见,3种方法可相互结合,用于化妆品中铜绿假单胞菌的鉴定及其他菌株的鉴定。In order to compare and analyze the three identification methods and establish an inspection method suitable for Pseudomonas aeruginosa in cosmetics,10 isolated strains in cosmetics were identified by MALDI-TOF-MS method,phylogenetic analysis method based on 16S rRNA gene and vitek2 compact microbial identification instrument.The results showed that the identification results of 10 suspicious strains by the above three methods were consistent,all of which were Pseudomonas aeruginosa.It can be seen that the three methods can be combined to identify Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other strains in cosmetics.
