化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测能力验证结果与分析

摘　　要：为提高化妆品微生物检测能力,对比评价不同检测方法,本实验室参加了化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测能力验证(中国食品药品检定研究院组织)。根据《化妆品安全技术规范2015年版》的检测方法,采用BAX Q7全自动病原细菌检测方法、VITEK2全自动微生物分析仪方法进行对比检验。结果显示,TC018801147的样品的金黄色葡萄球菌检测结果为阴性,样品内含有表皮葡萄球菌、人球葡萄球菌和英诺克李斯特菌3种菌;TC018801179的样品的金黄色葡萄球菌检测结果为阳性,同时含有英诺克李斯特菌。能力验证结果为满意,对比显示本次能力验证所采用的3种方法检测结果一致。由此可见,Bax系统具有灵敏度高、快速和稳定的优势;VITEK 2 Compact具有可疑菌落全自动鉴定的优势,在检测中可联合标准方法进行检测。In order to improve the microbiological detection ability of cosmetics and compare and evaluate different detection methods,our laboratory participated in the verification of the detection ability of Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics(organized by China Institute of food and drug control).According to the detection methods in the 2015 edition of the safety technical specifications for cosmetics,Bax Q7 automatic pathogen detection method and VITEK2 automatic microbial analyzer method were used for comparative inspection.The results showed that the detection result of Staphylococcus aureus in TC018801147 was negative,and the sample contained Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus globus and Listeria innoculatus;The samples of TC018801179 were positive for Staphylococcus aureus and contained Listeria innoquelis.The results of capability verification are satisfactory.The comparison shows that the test results of the three methods used in this capability verification are consistent.It can be seen that Bax system has the advantages of high sensitivity,fast and stability;VITEK 2 Compact has the advantage of automatic identification of suspicious colonies,and can be detected in combination with standard methods.
