摘  要:为检测环境水质中乙基己基三嗪酮的含量,本文采用液相色谱法进行研究,使用3种不同类型的色谱柱进行测试,确定C18色谱柱分离为最佳测定条件;以一级水、异丙醇(1∶9)为色谱分离流动相进行梯度洗脱;经二极管阵列检测器检测。结果显示,乙基己基三嗪酮的加标回收率在90%~110%之间;相对标准偏差在1.7%~3.5%之间;检出限为1.2μg/ml。由此可见,该方法灵敏度高、分析时间短、加标回收良好,能够满足日常检测工作的需求。In order to determine the content of ethylhexyltriazinone in environmental water,liquid chromatography was used to study.Three different types of chromatographic columns were used to determine the separation of C18 column as the best determination condition;Gradient elution was carried out with primary water and isopropanol(1∶9)as chromatographic separation mobile phase;Detected by diode array detector.The results showed that the recovery of ethylhexyl triazinone was between 90%and 110%;The relative standard deviation is between 1.7%and 3.5%;The detection limit is 1.2μg/ml。It can be seen that the method has high sensitivity,short analysis time and good standard addition and recovery,and can meet the needs of daily detection.
