摘　　要：随着口服超声造影剂的发展和检查经验的不断积累,超声诊断胃部疾病已经成为可能。但是,受制于胃是含气空腔脏器的特殊性,胃超声临床应用仍面临一定问题和挑战,本文重点就胃超声造影研究热点、存在问题和应用前景进行综述。With the development of oral ultrasound contrast agents and the continuous accumulation of experience,diagnosing gastric diseases by ultrasound has become possible.However,due to the particularity of the gastric cavity organs,gastric ultrasound still has certain challenges in clinical application.This article reviewed the research hotspots of clinical application,the application prospects and problems of gastric ultrasound in various aspects.
