摘  要:松针鞘瘿蚊Thecodiplosis japonensis是近年新传入我国的入侵害虫。为了明确该虫的耐寒能力,对越冬幼虫的过冷却点和结冰点进行测定,同时调查了自然条件下和裸露环境下幼虫的存活率。结果表明,在山东黄岛,松针鞘瘿蚊越冬幼虫的过冷却点为-22.06℃,结冰点为-18.99℃。自然脱瘿落土和有覆盖物的松针鞘瘿蚊越冬幼虫抵御-10℃的低温寒潮能力较强,其幼虫存活率都可以达到70%以上,前者更高,达98.89%。而在完全暴露的条件下,接近半数的幼虫不能存活,其幼虫存活率仅为52.86%。Thecodiplosis japonensis is a new invasive pest introduced into China in recent years.In order to determine the cold resistance of T.japonensis,the supercooling points and freezing points of overwintering larvae were measured,and the survival rates of larvae under natural conditions and bare environment were investigated.The results showed that the supercooling point of overwintering larvae of T.japonensis was-22.06℃and the freezing point was-18.99℃in Huangdao,Shandong Province.The overwintering larvae of T.japonensis leaved the galls and dropped to the soil in natural and with covering have strong ability to resist the low-temperature cold wave of-10℃,and their larval survival rate can reach more than 70%,the former is as high as 98.89%,while nearly half of the larvae can not survive under the condition of complete exposure,and their larval survival rate is only 52.86%.
