摘　　要：深刻理解党建引领公立医院文化建设的内涵意义,充分认识医院文化建设对医院发展的重要性,进一步深化党建在公立医院文化建设中的引领作用;通过查阅相关文献分析国内当前公立医院党建面临的问题,结合我院文化建设发展状况,制定对应措施与策略;加强党建引领医院文化建设促进公立医院高质量持续性健康发展。To deeply understand the connotation and significance of cultural construction of public hospitals under the guidance of party construction and the importance of hospital cultural construction to hospital development,and to further deepen the leading role of party construction in hospital cultural construction,this paper analyzes the current problems of party construction in public hospitals by consulting relevant literature and proposes appropriate measures and countermeasures combined with the development of hospital cultural construction in our hospital so as to strengthen the guidance of party construction in promoting high quality sustainable and healthy development of public hospitals.
