摘 要:目的应用6S精益管理工具巩固耗材院内第三方物流延伸(supply processing distribution,SPD)服务模式的管理成效,促进医用耗材精细化管理。方法分析当前存在的问题,使用6S工具对库房、人员进行全程管理。结果腾出了空间与时间,减少人力和耗材浪费,提升库房环境与服务质量。结论实施6S精益管理保障医疗安全,提升人员素养,是现代医院精细化管理的有用工具。Objective To apply 6S lean management tools to consolidate the effectiveness of the third-party supply processing distribution(SPD)service model,and to promote the refined management of medical consumables.Methods The existing problems were analyzed,and then 6S tools were applied to manage the whole process of warehouse and personnel.Results The space and time were freed up.The waste of manpower and medical consumables was reduced.The warehouse environment and service quality were improved.Conclusion Implementing 6S lean management to ensure medical safety and improve personnel quality is a powerful tool for the refined management of modern hospitals.
