摘　　要：目的探讨在肿瘤专科医院ICU院内感染控制管理中采取持续质量改进方法的应用价值。方法选取我科不同时段的患者,分为对照组(2017年1月—2018年12月)和观察组(2019年1月—2020年12月),分别为260例、330例。在2018年12月底回顾性分析过去我科院内感染控制管理中存在的问题并提出整改措施,2019年1月开始采取持续质量改进方法。比较整改前后我科院内感染控制情况。结果观察组患者的院内感染率降低了3.43%,跟对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中导管相关性感染率降低了0.23‰,呼吸机相关性肺炎感染率降低了6.08‰,导尿管相关性感染率降低了1.18‰。结论在肿瘤专科医院ICU院内感染控制管理中采取持续质量改进方法能够显著降低患者院内感染率,具有良好的应用价值及意义。Objective To assess the application value of continuous quality improvement in ICU nosocomial infection control and management in Cancer Hospital.Methods The patients were divided into control group(January 2017-december 2018)and observation group(January 2019-december 2020),260 cases and 330 cases respectively.At the end of December 2018,the problems of infection control and management in our college were analyzed retrospectively and the countermeasures were put forward.In January 2019,the methods of continuous quality improvement were adopted for two years.Finally,the situation of infection control in our college before and after the rectification were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the nosocomial infection rate in the observation group decreased by 3.43%which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of catheter-related infection decreased by 0.23‰,the incidence of aspiration-related pneumonia decreased by 6.08‰,and the incidence of catheter-related infection decreased by 1.18‰.Conclusion The continuous quality improvement in ICU infection control and management can significantly reduce the rate of nosocomial infection in cancer hospital.It has a good application value and significance.
