摘　　要：目的提升三级公立医院医用耗材管理绩效,探讨PDCA循环在耗材管理中的效果,控制耗材费用不合理增长。方法应用PDCA循环管理工具,持续提升医用耗材绩效。以描述性方法对实施前后耗材费用、耗占比等进行分析对比。结果通过PDCA循环建立了有效的耗材绩效持续提升路径,心内科、重症儿科、胃肠外科、整形外科等重点科室的耗材指标有明显改善,耗占比分别下降了13.65%、6.54%、4.99%、4.93%。结论PDCA循环的应用有效地提升耗材绩效指标,为进一步提升医用耗材绩效,提出以下建议:①正确认识医用耗材绩效指标与其他绩效考核指标的关系;②构建一体化信息网络,强化信息系统对使用的引导作用;③耗材考核指标融入科室考核体系,完善激励机制。Objective To improve the management performance of medical consumables in Three-level public hospitals and to explore the effect of PDCA cycle in consumables management and controlling the unreasonable growth of consumables cost.Methods PDCA cycle management tools were applied to continuously improve the performance of medical consumables.Descriptive method was used to analyze and compare the cost and proportion of consumables before and after the implementation.Results Through PDCA cycle,an effective continuous improvement path of consumables performance is established.The consumption index of key departments has been improved significantly.The proportion of consumption in cardiology,critical pediatrics,gastrointestinal surgery and plastic surgery decreased by 13.65%,6.54%,4.99%and 4.93%respectively.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle can effectively improve the performance indicators of medical consumables.In order to further improve the performance of medical consumables,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Correctly understand the relationship between medical consumables performance indicators and other performance evaluation indicators.(2)Build an integrated information network and strengthen the guiding role of information system.(3)The evaluation index of consumables should be integrated into the department evaluation system,and the incentive mechanism should be improved.
