脑积水分流术后并发症原因及防治方法探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨脑积水分流术后并发症原因、治疗方法及预防措施。方法选择2020年1月—2020年12月我院经分流术治疗的脑积水患者119例作为对象,探讨术后并发症原因,并给予相应的治疗及预防措施,观察术后各类并发症发生率及术后疗效。结果119例行脑积水分流术的患者中,共18例发生术后分流系统并发症,发生率15.12%,共9例发生术后非分流系统并发症,发生率7.56%。结论脑积水分流术后并发症的原因是多方面的,其中分流系统并发症需加强注意,防治上需提高手术技术水平,加强术后管理并给予对应的预防措施,可降低并发症发生率,提高患者的预后效果。Objective To discuss the reasons and treatments of postoperative complications of ventriculoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of hydrocephalus in children.Methods A retrospective analysis of 119 cases of ventriculoperitoneal shunt in children with curative effect and postoperative complications.Results A total of 18 cases(15.12%)had postoperative ventricular shunt complications,and 9 cases(7.56%)had other complications.Conclusion The reasons for postoperative complications of ventriculoperitoneal shunt are varied,and we should focus on the complications of ventricular shunt system.Correct operation,strengthening perioperative management,active prevention and treatment are the key methods to reduce postoperative complications.
