摘  要:某大型立交桥出现上层曲线梁桥墩柱与下层曲线梁桥梁体相互"抵触"的罕见病害,为分析病害原因,针对性建立了在线监测系统,对该桥长期监测数据进行了定量分析,并应用Midas软件建立实桥有限元模型,分析运营荷载下的结构位移行为。结果表明,上层曲线梁桥横桥向位移变化以季节温差为主导因素,位移较小且具有良好的可恢复性,其墩柱偏位由梁体横桥向位移"带动"而致;下层曲线梁桥梁体同时受到季节温差、车辆荷载等因素影响,位移较大且可恢复性较差,呈现出向曲线外缓慢横桥向爬移现象;下层曲线梁桥梁体缓慢横向爬移是导致墩梁"抵触"现象的主要因素。分析结果揭示了该病害形成原因及演变规律,可为桥梁运营安全控制提供科学参考与指导。During the inspection of a large overpass,it is found that the upper curved beam pier column and the lower curved beam bridge are "in conflict"with each other.In order to analyze the reasons,an online monitoring system is constructed.Quantitative analysis is carried out to the long-term monitoring data of the bridge,and finite element model for actual bridge is built by Midas software,so as to analyze the structural displacement under service loads.The results show that:1)the change of the transverse displacement of the upper curved beam bridge is mainly caused by the seasonal temperature difference,and such displacement produced is small and has good recoverability.In addition,the displacement of the pier column is"driven"by the displacement of the beam in the transverse direction.2)Under the influence of seasonal temperature difference,vehicle loads and other factors,the lower curved beam bridge has large displacement and poor recoverability,showing the phenomenon of slowly lateral crawling outwards of the curve.3)The slow lateral outwards spreading of the lower curved girder bridge is the main factor leading to the"collision"of pier and girder.The analysis results reveal the formation reason and evolution law of the defect,which can provide scientific reference and guidance for the safety control of bridge operation.
