摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,乙醇为溶剂制备不同高Si/Ti比及不同煅烧温度的TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)纳米复合粉体。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对所得复合粉体进行结构表征。实验以亚甲基蓝溶液为模拟废水,考察TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)的光催化活性。结果表明,Ti/Si摩尔比为10:5时,光催化活性最好。并随着紫外光照射时间的增加,TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)光催化活性逐渐提高。Highly isolated TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) composite oxides were prepared by sol-gel method strategy using TBOT precursor and ethanol solvent. The prepared photocatalyst were characterized by the X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(SEM). The photocatalytic activity of TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) was investigated by using methylene blue solution as simulated wastewater. The results show that the photocatalytic activity is the best when the Ti/Si ratio is 10∶5. With the increase of UV irradiation time, the photocatalytic activity of TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) increased gradually.
