摘 要:采用火焰光度法测定水溶肥中氧化钾含量,与四苯硼酸钾重量法的测定结果进行了对比,同时进行了精密度和加标回收实验。结果表明,两种方法测得8个样品氧化钾质量分数的绝对偏差均小于0.35%,相对标准偏差为0.35%~0.43%,加标回收率为99.1%~101.7%。实验证明火焰光度法测定氧化钾含量的准确度高,精密度良好,同时具备分析速度快、操作简便的特点,显著提高了检测效率。The content of potassium oxide in water-soluble fertilizer was determined by flame spectrophotometry, which was compared with the determination results of potassium tetraphenylborate gravimetric method. At the same time, the precision and standard addition recovery experiments were carried out. The results show that the absolute deviation of the mass fraction of potassium oxide in 8 samples measured by the two methods is less than 0.35%, the relative standard deviation is 0.35% ~ 0.43%, and the recovery is 99.1% ~ 101.7%. The experiment shows that the flame photometric method has high accuracy and good precision. At the same time, it has the characteristics of fast analysis speed and simple operation, which significantly improves the detection efficiency.
