摘 要:为解决当前焦炉煤气制备甲醇工艺中所存在的甲醇合成率偏低、能耗过大等问题,以化工有限公司为例在对其甲醇制备工艺流程和设备运行现状分析的基础上,对从烟道气回收二氧化碳、气化法制造二氧化碳气体、采用纯二氧化碳、通过闪蒸气获取二氧化碳四种补碳方式的可行性分析;最终确定通过闪蒸气进行补碳操作,并对实际应用效果进行验证。In order to solve the problems of low methanol synthesis rate and excessive energy consumption in the current methanol preparation process from coke oven gas, taking Chemical Co., Ltd. as an example, based on the analysis of its methanol preparation process flow and equipment operation status, this paper conducts feasibility analysis of four carbon supplement methods from the recovery of carbon dioxide from flue gas, the production of carbon dioxide by gasification, the use of pure carbon dioxide, and obtaining carbon dioxide through flash steam. Finally, the operation of carbon supplement by flash steam is determined, and the practical application effect is verified.
