摘　　要：样品前处理作为在中药及天然药物质量分析中必不可少的环节,不仅关系到整个分析方法的优劣,还决定着分析结果的准确性和重现性,已然成为制约中药与天然药物质量分析效率的关键环节。随着样品制备技术和仪器分析方法的不断改进完善,中药样品前处理技术涌现出许多新技术、新方法,并向高效、快速和微量化方向发展。本文以近10年文献研究为基础,对中药及天然药物质量分析样品前处理中应用较多的固相萃取、固相微萃取、基质固相分散萃取、分散固相萃取、液相微萃取、超临界流体萃取、加速溶剂萃取、超声波辅助提取等前处理技术进行综述分析,简述其原理,总结其在中药和天然药物质量分析中的应用情况,并讨论其发展趋势和前景。As an indispensable link in the quality analysis of traditional Chinese medicines and natural products,sample pretreatment is not only related to the advantage and weakness of the entire analysis method,but also determines the accuracy and reproducibility of the analysis results,which has become the acritical link of the quality of traditional Chinese medicines and natural products. With the continuous improvement of sample preparation technology and instrumental analysis methods,many new technologies and new methods have emerged in the pretreatment technology with developing in the direction of high efficiency,rapidity and miniaturization. Based on the literature research of the past decade,this paper describes and summarize some new sample pretreatment technology for the quality analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and natural products including solid phase extraction,solid phase micro-extraction,matrix solid phase dispersion extraction,dispersive solid phase extraction,liquid phase micro-extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,accelerated solvent extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction.Their principles,application and development prospects in quality analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine are summarized and prospected.
