摘 要:目的探讨间歇性低氧训练联合脑反射治疗仪在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用。方法抽取2018年1月至2019年2月于许昌市人民医院采用常规康复训练联合间歇性低氧训练的35例脑梗死恢复期患者为对照组,另抽取2019年3月至2020年2月35例采用常规康复训练、间歇性低氧训练联合脑反射治疗仪护理的脑梗死恢复期患者为观察组,回顾性分析两组的临床资料。比较两组干预前、干预3个月结束时神经功能及认知功能[简易智能精神状态检查表(MMSE)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]和运动功能及日常活动能力[运动功能评定量表(FMA)和巴氏量表(BI)评分]。结果干预3个月结束时,两组NIHSS评分低于干预前、MMSE高于干预前,且观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月结束时,两组FMA、BI评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论间歇性低氧训练联合脑反射治疗仪可改善脑梗死恢复期患者的神经功能,提高其日常活动能力。Objective To investigate the application of intermittent hypoxic training combined with brain reflex therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of cerebral infarction in convalescent stage Methods Thirty-five patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage who received routine rehabilitation training and intermittent hypoxia training in Xuchang People’s Hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were included in the control group.In addition,35 patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage treated by routine rehabilitation training,intermittent hypoxia training,and brain reflex therapeutic apparatus in the hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were included in the observation group.The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.The neurological function and cognitive function assessed by mini mental state examination(MMSE)and National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),and motor function and activities of daily living assessed by motor function assessment scale(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)of the two groups were compared before intervention and at the end of 3 months of intervention.Results At the end of 3 months of intervention,NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower,and MMSE scores of the two groups were higher,compared with scores before intervention(P<0.05);compared with control group,NIHSS score of observation group was lower,and MMSE score of observation group was higher at the end of 3 months of intervention(P<0.05).At the end of 3 months of intervention,scores of FMA and BI of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and scores of FMA and BI of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intermittent hypoxic training combined with brain reflex therapeutic apparatus can improve the neurological function and the ability of daily activities of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage.
