摘　　要：改革开放以来,在经济体制改革和社会主义市场经济渐进发展中,所有制结构调整不断深化。在"两个毫不动摇"方针指导下,以国有企业为代表的公有制经济得以快速发展,以私有企业为代表的民营经济得以恢复发展,并成长为中国经济发展不可或缺的力量。"十四五"时期是中国经济由高速增长转向高质量发展的关键时期,所有制结构调整应以习近平总书记关于国有企业改革发展的重要论述和在民营企业座谈会上的重要讲话精神为遵循指引,凝聚改革共识,优化营商环境,共筑价值基础,激发发展活力,推动和支撑不同所有制经济沿着高质量路径竞合发展。Since the reform and opening-up, the adjustment of the ownership structure continues to deepen in the process of the economic system reform and in the gradual development of socialist market economy. Under the guidance of the "two unshakable" policy, the public ownership economy represented by state-owned enterprises has developed rapidly, and the private economy represented by private enterprises has recovered and developed, both of which have grown and become an indispensable force during China’s economic development. The "14 th Five-year Plan" period is a critical period for China’s economy to shift from high-speed growth to high-quality development. Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition and the spirit of his speeches, the adjustment of the ownership structure should be conducted based on the consensus on reform, aiming to optimize the business environment, consolidate a foundation of value, stimulate economic vitality, and promote the development of economies of different ownerships along a high-quality path.
