摘　　要：目的研究中医综合护理干预对卵巢早衰不孕的效果。方法从医院生殖中心2016年3月-2019年3月收治的卵巢早衰不孕患者中随机抽取200例为研究对象。经比对分析为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组卵巢早衰不孕患者使用常规的卵巢早衰护理方式护理,观察组卵巢早衰不孕患者接受此次需考察的中医综合护理干预方式护理。两组护理时间均为2个月,护理结束后再进行统一比较。通过对两组患者在接受持续护理后身体激素改善数据的比较,和不同护理方式后患者生活质量各方面的变化情况比较,以及患者对护理的满意程度评分并作对比。结果收集各项数据分析表格进行统一比对后,发现使用中医综合护理干预对卵巢早衰不孕患者的护理患者身体体征恢复在多方面都要优于使用常规护理方式的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一段时间的护理后,使用中医综合护理干预的患者能明显感受到身体内部状态的转变。再对比使用常规护理方法的患者,使用中医综合护理干预方法患者的身体机能修复较快,生活质量随着时间变化在逐渐增高,从而观察组患者的满意程度也比对照组患者更高。中医护理是中医通过长时间的护理经验优化临床护理方式,使得护理对人体的不良影响较小,同时使患者的恢复更快。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicinecomprehensive nursing intervention on infertility patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods A total of 200 infertile patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to our reproductive center from March 2016 to March 2019 were randomly selected as clinical research objects. After comparative analysis, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases in each group. The control group’s premature ovarian failure infertility patients were given conventional nursing care. The observation group’s premature ovarian failure infertility patientsneeded to investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine. The nursing time of the two groups was 2 months, and the comparison was made after the end of nursing. After receiving continuous nursing care, two groups’ body hormone improvement data, changes of patients’ quality of life after different nursing methods, as well as the score of patients’ satisfaction with nursing were compared. Results After collecting various data analysis forms, it was found that comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine was better than that of routine nursing in many aspects, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After a period of nursing care, the patients with traditional Chinese medicinecomprehensive nursing intervention can obviously feel the change of internal state of the body. Compared with the patients using conventional nursing methods, the patients with traditional Chinese medicinecomprehensive nursing intervention method had faster body function recovery, and the quality of life was gradually increasing with time, and thus the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.
