摘　　要：传统中医辨证论治中"寒、热、虚、实"四纲尤为重要。在中医临床,阳虚所致的虚寒证和阴虚所致的虚热证是常见证候。因此,非常有必要建立与临床表型相符合的虚寒证和虚热证动物模型,以助于加深对上述两种证候的认识与理解。这不仅是中医证候研究的重点之一,而且是中药药性及药效研究、方剂配伍研究的基础和前提。目前,虚寒证和虚热证动物模型的构建方法众多,模型评价标准不一,在分子机制研究方面取得了较大的进展。基于上述原因,在查阅分析国内外相关文献的基础上,对虚寒证和虚热证的造模方法、评价标准及分子机制研究进展进行综述。The four principles of "cold, heat, deficiency and excess" are particularly important in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment. In TCM clinical practice, deficiency cold syndrome caused by Yang deficiency and deficiency heat syndrome caused by Yin deficiency are common. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish animal models of deficiency cold syndrome and deficiency heat syndrome that are consistent with the clinical phenotype in order to have deeper insight on the above two types. This is not only one of the focuses of TCM research, but also the basis and premise of TCM medicinal properties and pharmacodynamics research, and formula compatibility research. At present, there are many construction methods of animal models of deficiency cold syndrome and deficiency heat syndrome, and the model evaluation criteria are different, which have made great progress in the study of molecular mechanisms. Based on the above reasons, this paper reviewed the research progress of modeling methods, evaluation criteria and molecular mechanisms of deficiency cold syndrome and deficiency heat syndrome on the basis of consulting and analyzing the relevant domestic and foreign literature.
