摘  要:目的综述近年来中医药基于TGF-β_(1)/Smads信号通路治疗骨质疏松症的实验研究进展。方法检索近年来国内外公开发表的相关文献,从该信号通路激活后调控骨代谢、治疗骨质疏松症层面,分别总结中药提取物、中药复方制剂和中医外治法治疗骨质疏松症的作用机制。结果相关实验研究主要集中于TGFβ_(1)-Smads、TGFβ_(1)-BMPs这两条信号通路,且中医药通过该通路对骨质疏松模型的治疗均取得较好实验结果。结论通过对TGF-β_(1)/Smads信号通路的实验研究,在分子水平阐释了中医药治疗骨质疏松症的作用机制。Objective To review the experimental research progress of traditional Chinese medicine based on TGF-β_(1)/Smads signaling pathway in the treatment of osteoporosis in recent years. Methods It retrieved the relevant literature published in recent years at home and abroad. From the aspects of regulating bone metabolism and treating osteoporosis after activation of this signaling pathway, it summarized the effects of traditional Chinese medicine extracts, traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations and traditional Chinese medicine external treatments on osteoporosis.Results Relevant experimental research mainly focused on the two signal pathways of TGFβ_(1)-Smads and TGFβ_(1)-BMPs, and the treatment of osteoporosis models by traditional Chinese medicine through this pathway has achieved good experimental results. Conclusion Through experimental research on TGF-β_(1)/Smads signaling pathway, the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis was explained at the molecular level.
