肾复康胶囊结合缬沙坦胶囊对慢性肾小球肾炎疗效、肾功能、血清炎症因子影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究肾复康胶囊结合缬沙坦胶囊对慢性肾小球肾炎患者疗效、肾功能、血清炎症因子影响。方法研究纳入103例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,均由医院2017年4月—2020年1月收治,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者(51例)采取缬沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组患者(52例)采取肾复康胶囊结合缬沙坦胶囊,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后肾功能指标变化及中医症状(口苦咽干、胸胁苦满、头晕目眩、精神萎靡、食少纳呆、浮肿等)积分变化、治疗前后血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)水平、治疗前后γ干扰素(IFN-γ)及白介素-4(IL-4)、TH1/TH2(IFN-γ/IL-4)、白介素-17(IL-17)、受调节激活正常T细胞表达和分泌细胞因子(RANTES)指标变化、不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(90.38%,47/52)高于对照组(72.55%,37/51)(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血肌酐、血尿素氮、血浆白蛋白及24 h尿蛋白定量等肾功能指标、口苦咽干、胸胁苦满、头晕目眩、精神萎靡、食少纳呆、浮肿等中医症状积分、VEGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1、IFN-γ、IL-4、TH1/TH2、IL-17、RANTES等指标比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者血肌酐、血尿素氮、血浆白蛋白及24 h尿蛋白定量等肾功能指标、口苦咽干、胸胁苦满、头晕目眩、精神萎靡、食少纳呆、浮肿等中医症状积分、VEGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1、IFN-γ、IL-4、TH1/TH2、IL-17、RANTES等指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后血肌酐、血尿素氮、血浆白蛋白及24 h尿蛋白定量等肾功能指标、口苦咽干、胸胁苦满、头晕目眩、精神萎靡、食少纳呆、浮肿等中医症状积分、VEGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1、IFN-γ、IL-4、TH1/TH2、IL-17、RANTES等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗期间出现1例腹胀(1.96%),对照组出现1例皮疹(1.92%)(P>0.05)。结论肾复康胶囊结合缬沙坦胶囊治疗�Objective To explore the effect of Shenfukang Capsule(肾复康胶囊) combined with Valsartan Capsule on the effects of chronic glomerulonephritis, renal function and serum inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 103 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were included in this study, all of whom were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to January 2020. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method. The control group(51 cases) were treated with Valsartan Capsule, while the observation group(52 cases) were treated with Shenfukang Capsule combined with Valsartan Capsule. The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) was observed. The changes in renal function indexes and symptom integral(dry mouth and throat, chest fullness, dizziness, depression, less food, edema, etc.) before and after treatment were compared. The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9),metalloproteinases tissue inhibitors-1(TIMP-1), gamma interferon(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4), TH1/TH2(IFN-γ/IL-4), interleukin-17(IL-17), regulated activation of normal T cell expression and secretion of cytokines(RANTES) before and after treatment were compared. The adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate(90.38%,47/52) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(72.55%,37/51)(P<0.05). Before treatment, the two groups’ blood creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, plasma albumin and 24 h urine protein quantitative renal indicators, dry mouth and throat, chest fullness, dizziness, depression, less food, edema and other traditional Chinese medicine symptoms integral, VEGF, MMP-9, TIMP-1,IFN-γ, IL-4, TH1/TH2, IL-17, RANTE and other indicators were not different(P>0.05). After treatment, the indicators above were all improved in each group.
