摘 要:将CoCrFeNi高熵合金粉末作为添加剂,采用高转速搅拌摩擦焊(HR-FSW)方法对2 mm厚6061铝合金薄板进行对接试验,研究了焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形与力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:CoCrFeNi合金粉末能够成功添加至基材中,并与铝合金基体良好结合。主轴转动速度与焊接速度对焊缝成形起到决定作用,当主轴转速为11 000 r/min,焊接速度为150 mm/min,轴肩下压量为0.06 mm时可获得最优焊缝,焊缝结合良好,成形美观,抗拉强度达到202.51 MPa。CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy powder was used as additive, and the butt welding experiment of 2 mm thick6061-T6 aluminum alloy sheet was carried out by using high-speed friction stir welding(HR-FSW) method to realize the welded joint, and the influence of welding parameters on appearance of weld and mechanical properties was studied. Experimental results showed that through the friction stir welding technology, the CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy powder could be successfully added to the substrate and well combined with the aluminum base. Spindle rotation speed and welding speed played a decisive role in appearance of weld. When the spindle speed was 11 000 r/min,the welding speed was 150 mm/min, and the shaft shoulder pressure was 0.06 mm, the optimal seam could be obtained. The seam had a bonding joint and beautiful appearance, and the tensile strength reached 202.51 MPa.
