T型钢板内固定治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者关节活动度及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究和评价T型钢板内固定治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者关节活动度及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月我院收治的120例桡骨远端骨折患者,按照固定方式分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组接受手法闭合复位小夹板外固定治疗,观察组接受切开复位“T”型钢板内固定。对比2组住院时间、骨折愈合时间和并发症发生情况,并评价2组患者疼痛程度和腕关节活动度。结果:2组住院时间和并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术前2组腕关节活动度各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,2组掌屈、背伸、旋前和旋后腕关节活动度均较术前有所改善,且观察组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组患者VAS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:T型钢板内固定治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者,有利于促进骨折早期愈合,且可有效改善患者关节功能,减轻患者疼痛程度,可以在临床上进行推广与应用。Objective:To study and evaluate the ffct of t-plate internal fixation on the range of motion and pain in patients with dis-tal radius fracture.Methods:A total of 120 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected.According to the fixation method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with manual closed reduction and small splint exteral fixation,while the study group was treated with open reduction and"T"plate intermal fixation.The hospital stay,fracture he aling time and complications of the two groups were compared,and the pain degree and wrist range of motion of the two groups were evaluated.Results:There was no significant diference in hospital stay and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and the fracture healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in wrist range of motion between the two groups before surgery(all P>0.05).After surgery,the range of motion of the wrist joint in the two groups was improved compared with that before surgery,and the im-provement was more significant in the study group(all P<0.05).Three months after the operation,VAS scores of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:T-plate inter-nal fixation can promote early fracture healing in patients with distal radius fracture,fectively improve joint function and relieve pain,and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
