封闭式负压引流术联合游离植皮与皮瓣移植术治疗四肢难治性感染创面患者的效果

摘　　要：目的::观察四肢难治性感染创面应用封闭式负压引流术联合游离植皮与皮瓣移植术的治疗效果。方法:研究对象选择本院94例四肢难治性感染创面患者,收治时间2019年2月-2020年7月,依照治疗方式分组,对照组与观察组分别纳入47例,对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组采用封闭式负压引流术联合游离植皮与皮瓣移植术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗前,2组VAS评分、血清炎症因子水平无明显差异(P>O.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,创面愈合时间、换药次数、住院时间、第1天及第3天VAS评分、血清炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:四肢难治性感染创面应用封闭式负压引流术联合游离植皮与皮瓣移植术治疗后,可显著提升治疗效果,促进患者康复。Objective:To observe the therapeutic efect of closed negative pressure drainage combined with free skin grafting and flap transplantation on the wounds of refractory infection of the limbs.Methods:The study subjects selected 94 patients with refractory infec-tion wounds of extremities in our hospital.They were admitted from February 2019 to July 2020.They were grouped according to the treat-ment method.47 cases were included in the routine group and the experimental group,and the routine group was treated with conventional methods.The experimental group was treated with closed negative pressure drainage combined with free skin grafting and flap transplanta-tion to observe the therapeutic ffect.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores and serum inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the total ffective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,wound healing time,number of dressing changes,hospital stay,and the first day And on the 3rd day,the VAS score and serum inlammatory factor levels were lower than those of the control group,the dfferenre was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of refractory infection wounds of extremities with closed negative pressure drainage combined with free skin grafting and flap transplantation can significantly improve the treatment ffect and promote the recovery of patients.
