摘　　要：目的:探讨创伤指数TI在严重创伤患者急诊急救护理中的效果应用。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年9月我院收治的180例严重创伤患者,将受伤部位损伤类型、循环、呼吸、意识5个参数作为评分指标,以分值量化患者创伤程度。结果:与轻伤患者比较,重伤与危重伤患者死亡率及手术率更高(P<0.05);ICU病房、普通病房、急诊留观、急诊处理4种去向患者创伤指数TI存在明显差异,且与急诊处理去向患者比较,其余3种去向患者创伤指数TI更高(P<0.05)。结论:创伤指数TI可对严重创伤患者病情准确评估,有利于急救意识提高,同时可对创伤急救整体性与时效性保证,可进一步提高创伤抢救率,确保最佳治疗时机。因此,创伤指数TI评估值得广泛应用。Objective:To explore the application of trauma index TI in emergency emergency care for patients with severe trauma.Methods:a total of 180 patients with severe trauma admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to September 2020 were selected.The injury site,injury type,circulation,respiration and consciousness were used as scoring indexes to quantify the degree of trauma of the patients.Results:Compared with the patients with minor injuries,the mortality and operation rates of the patients with severe and critical injuries were higher(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the trauma index TI among the four destinations:ICU ward,general ward,emergency observation and emergency treatment,and the trauma index TI of the other three destinations was higher than that of the patients undergoing emergency treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The trauma index TI can accurately evaluate the condition of patients with severe trauma,which is beneficial to the improvement of first aid consciousness,and can guarantee the integrity and timeliness of first aid,further improve the trauma rescue rate,and ensure the best treatment time.Therefore,TI evaluation of trauma index is worthy of wide application.
