基于Anderson模型的江苏省中年人养老模式选择意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探索影响江苏省中年人群选择养老模式意愿的因素,为完善江苏省养老服务体系发展提供依据。方法基于安德森行为模型,通过自编问卷调查江苏省630位中年人的养老模式选择倾向,利用χ^(2)检验分析不同特征中年人选择养老模式的差异,运用多分类logistic回归分析影响江苏省中年人选择不同养老模式的因素。结果630位中年人中64.44%选择家庭养老模式,13.33%选择社区养老模式,22.22%选择机构养老模式。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示婚姻(无配偶,OR=11.884,P=0.024)、是否赞成老年人居家养老(不确定不赞同,OR=14.208,P=0.014)、居住社区是否有社区卫生服务中心(没有,OR=7.459,P=0.017)影响是否选择社区养老模式。婚姻(无配偶,OR=21.997,P=0.010)、是否赞成老年人居家养老(不确定不赞同,OR=23.019,P=0.001)、月收入(7000元以上,OR=38.163,P=0.012;3000~7000元,OR=22.584,P=0.023)、邻居关系(大多数都很关心,OR=0.010,P=0.025)、自觉精神状况(一般及以下,OR=5.582,P=0.035)影响是否选择机构养老模式。结论需进一步引导转变养老观念,普及社区养老概念完善社区健康服务,提升政府在养老服务中主导功能。Objective To explore the factors influencing the willingness of middle-aged people in Jiangsu Province to choose an elderly care model,and to provide reference for improving the elderly care service system in Jiangsu Province.Methods Based on Anderson’s behavior model,630 middle-aged people in Jiangsu Province were surveyed by self-compiled questionnaires on their choice of pension mode,chi-square test was used to analyze the differences in the choice of middleaged people with different characteristics,and multi-class logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors for middle-aged people in the province to choose different pension models.Results A total of 64.44%of the 630 middle-aged people chose the family pension model,13.33%chose the community pension model,and 22.22%chose the institutional pension model.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed marriage(no spouse:OR=11.884,P=0.024),whether to approve of home care for the elderly(not sure or not:OR=14.208,P=0.014),and whether there was a community health service center in the residential community(No:OR=7.459,P=0.017)influenced the choice of the community pension model.Marriage(no spouse:OR=21.997,P=0.010),whether to approve of home care for the elderly(not sure or not:OR=23.019,P=0.001),monthly income(over 7000 yuan:OR=38.163,P=0.012;3000-7000 yuan:OR=22.584,P=0.023),neighbor relationship(most of them cared,OR=0.010,P=0.025),conscious mental status(normal and below:OR=5.582,P=0.035)affected the choice of the institutional pension model.Conclusion It is necessary to further guide the transformation of the concept of elderly care,popularize the concept of community elderly care,improve community health services and enhance the government’s leading role in elderly care services.
