摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加剧,老年骨质疏松症也逐渐突出。据流行病学调查发现,老年骨质疏松症已成为我国常见的老年慢性疾病之一。为提高老年男性的骨质疏松症诊断与治疗水平,本文结合最新发布的老年和男性骨质疏松症指南,并结合国内外相关研究对老年男性骨质疏松症的诊治进行综述。男性骨质疏松性骨折引发的病死率明显高于女性,但老年男性对骨质疏松症的认识和骨质疏松症诊治水平仍亟待提高;了解男性骨质疏松症的危险因素,构建理想的男性骨质疏松症评估工具,尽早筛选出高危人群,建立防控体系对骨质疏松症的早期识别和临床管理尤为重要;对骨质疏松症患者的早期识别和临床管理应给予更多关注。骨质疏松症治疗包括生活方式调整,骨骼健康的基本保护补充剂以及使用抗骨质疏松药物。With the aggravation of aging in Chinese society,the problem of osteoporosis is becoming more and more serious.According to the epidemiological survey,osteoporosis has gradually become a common chronic disease in China.In order to improve the levels of diagnosis and treatment of male osteoporosis,this paper reviewed the newly released guidelines and related researches for osteoporosis in elderly men at domestic and international.The mortality rate of osteoporotic fracture in male is higher than that in female,but the awareness and treatment of osteoporosis in elderly males still needs to be improved;Recognizing the risk factors of osteoporosis in men,constructing an ideal assessment tool for osteoporosis in men,screening out high-risk populations and establishing a prevention system are particularly important for early identification and clinical management of osteoporosis;More attention should be paid to the early identification and clinical management of osteoporosis patients.Treatment of osteoporosis includes lifestyle changes,basic protective supplements for bone health,and the use of antiosteoporosis drugs.
