摘　　要：目的研究阶段性护理在宫颈癌患者行CT引导下三维后装放疗中的应用效果及对患者预后的影响。方法回顾性收集桂林医学院附属医院放疗科2018年9月至2019年12月收治的135例宫颈癌患者的临床资料,均给予CT引导下三维后装放疗,根据护理方法分组,对照组67例患者给予常规护理措施,观察组68例给予阶段性护理,比较两组并发症发生率、护理满意度和肿瘤缓解率。结果观察组的并发症发生率为8.82%,低于对照组的并发症发生率25.37%(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为95.59%,高于对照组的82.09%(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤缓解率为95.59%,高于对照组的85.07%(P<0.05)。结论阶段性护理的实施有助于减少宫颈癌患者三维后装放疗相关并发症的发生,加强对肿瘤的有效控制,改善患者预后,且有利于构建和谐的护患关系,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of stage nursing in CT-guided three-dimensional afterloading radiotherapy of cervical cancer and its influence on patient's prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 135 patients with cervical cancer who were treated with CT-guided three-dimensional afterloading radiotherapy in Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from September 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively collected and divided into groups according to the nursing methods.67 patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while 68 patients in the observation group were given stage nursing.The incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction and tumor remission rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.82%,which was lower than that of 25.37%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.59%,which was higher than that of 82.09%in the control group(P<0.05).The tumor remission rate in the observation group was 95.59%,which was higher than that of 85.07%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of stage nursing is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications in patients with cervical cancer treated with three-dimensional radiotherapy.It can strengthen the effective control of tumor,improve patient's prognosis and help to build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion.
