学龄前儿童接种人二倍体细胞狂犬疫苗与Vero细胞纯化狂犬疫苗的安全性对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨学龄前儿童接种人二倍体细胞狂犬疫苗与Vero细胞纯化狂犬疫苗的安全性,并对其进行对比分析。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2020年10月在中山市博爱医院急诊科接种狂犬疫苗的学龄前患儿203例,将接种Vero细胞纯化狂犬疫苗者列为对照组,接种人二倍体细胞狂犬疫苗者列为观察组。3级暴露者建议联用人狂犬病免疫球蛋白。对照组共收集病例118例,观察组共收集病例85例。比较两组患儿的不良反应发生情况以及联用免疫球蛋白的不良反应发生情况。结果对照组总不良反应发生率为22.03%,观察组总不良反应发生率为2.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患儿不良反应主要表现是全身发热,其次为注射部位红肿、疼痛,而观察组不良反应则明显较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联用人狂犬病免疫球蛋白者不良反应发生率为4.44%,未联用者不良反应发生率为4.43%,两组之间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在学龄前儿童人群中,接种人二倍体细胞狂犬疫苗的安全性显著高于接种Vero细胞纯化狂犬疫苗,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the safety of human diploid cell rabies vaccine and Vero cell purified rabies vaccine in preschool children,and conduct a comparative analysis.Methods A total of 203 cases of preschool children who received rabies vaccine in the emergency department of Boai Hospital of Zhongshan from October 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Those who received Vero cell purified rabies vaccine were selected as the control group(118 cases),while those who received human diploid cell rabies vaccine were selected as the observation group(85 cases).Those with grade 3 exposure were recommended to vaccine in combination with immunoglobulin.The incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of adverse reactions when combined with immunoglobulin of the children were compared between the two groups.Results The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 22.03%in the control group and 2.35%in the observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The main adverse reactions of the children in the control group were systemic fever,followed by redness and pain at the injection site,while the adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly less,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.44%in those who were vaccinated with human rabies combined with immunoglobulin and 4.43%in those who were vaccinated with human rabies alone,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The human diploid cell rabies vaccine has significantly higher safety than the Vero cell purified rabies vaccine in preschool children and has a hi gher value of clinical promotion.
