摘 要:为对高电压设施设备潜在威胁进行初步判断和故障预警,研发了一款简易实用的基于超声波、红外线、可见光和声音信号检测的多传感器故障检测装置。分析了高电压设备的故障类型;给出了检测装置设计的总体思路;设计了检测装置控制硬件电路板;给出了系统软件结构,并对软件设计中的单片机引脚电位处理等关键问题进行了阐述;最后,对系统进行了调试。实践证明:研发的故障检测装置能够较好地对高电压设备故障进行初判和快速预警。In order to find the potential threats and faults of high voltage facilities and equipment in time and give early warning, this paper develops a simple and practical multi-sensor fault detection device based on ultrasonic, infrared, visible light and sound signal detection. The fault types of high voltage equipment are analyzed. The general idea of the detection device design is given. The control hardware circuit board is designed. The software structure of the system is given, and the key problems in the software design such as processing of the pin potential of MCU are described. Finally, the system debugging pictures are given. Practice has proved that the developed fault detection device can better give early warning of the high voltage equipment fault.
