摘　　要：针对当前国内特色小镇在成熟度评价领域的空白进行探索与尝试,对于客观评价特色小镇、推动特色小镇持续健康发展具有重要意义。通过对相关理论的研究与实地调研相结合,构建特色小镇成熟度指标体系的初始指标。使用序关系分析法,结合群体决策方法,计算各级指标的单层权重和综合权重。结合重要排名及重要指标个数筛选,最终得到一套完整的特色小镇成熟度评价指标体系。This paper aims to explore the gaps in the maturity evaluation field of the current domestic unique towns. It is of great significance to objectively evaluate unique towns and promote their sustainable and healthy development.In this paper, through the combination of related theoretical research and field research, the initial index of unique towns’ maturity index system is constructed. Using order relation analysis method and group decision making method, the single layer weight and comprehensive weight of each index were calculated and ranked. Finally, an entire maturity evaluation index system of unique towns is obtained.
