家国情怀:中国企业家精神的信仰基因

摘　　要：企业家精神是创新创业体系中最积极的因素,是经济转型升级中不可或缺的强大动力,传统研究多关注企业家精神的经济理性维度,对道德维度的重要作用缺乏探讨。在韦伯关于欧洲新教改革的研究以及日本明治维新的实例中,作为道德维度的信仰发挥了巨大作用,促使我们开始思考中国企业家精神中具有相似功能的精神特质。对此,本文回到中国历史,以中国传统社会的儒商群体及其精神世界为原点,发现家国情怀的文化根源,并由此证明其正是中国企业家特有的信仰。同时,梳理近代以来中国优秀企(实)业家们的社会实践与精神特质,提炼出家国情怀对于企业家精神具体的作用方式,以动态的分析方式证明了家国情怀正是中国企业家精神中特有的信仰基因。在此基础上,将相关结论投射至当前中华民族伟大复兴的历史背景,不仅道出激活中国企业家家国情怀基因的必要性,也为继续深挖信仰与企业家精神间关系的研究打下基础。Entrepreneurship is the most positive subject in the innovation and entrepreneurship system,which is also considered as a powerful and indispensable impetus for the economic restricting and upgradation.However,current researches focus more on the economic dimension of entrepreneurship,while little research could go deeper in the moral dimension.The Protestant reformation in Europe and the Meiji restoration in Japan show the vital function of belief to promote entrepreneurship,which enlightened us to explore a possible similar moral subject in Chinese entrepreneurship.On this level,this research goes back to the historical database,tracing from the Confucian businessman group and found the"family-country"could be the typical belief of Chinese entrepreneurs.Then,this article continues to observe the practices and entrepreneurship of Chinese entrepreneurs from modern China,trying to extract the specific mechanism of how"family-country"could act on entrepreneurship,also confirming"family-country"belief is just the gene of Chinese entrepreneurs by a dynamic way.Furthermore,we will put the conclusion into the background of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,telling the necessity of activating Chinese entrepreneurs’"family-country"gene,which also build a firm base of the research on the belief and entrepreneurship.
