摘　　要：特色小镇是集生产、生活、生态为一体的城镇化新模式,建设特色小镇是我国新型城镇化道路的必然要求,也是实现乡村振兴的重要途径。本文以产业转型升级和创新发展的基本规律等相关理论为指导,从粤港澳大湾区建设的背景出发,采取比较研究及实证分析方法,在把握创新和产业转型升级关系的基础上,围绕产业创新公共服务体系,深入分析佛山特色城镇产业转型升级对创新的需求、特色城镇在产业创新服务体系建设的现状和存在的问题,提出构建符合佛山特色城镇产业发展实际需求的产业创新公共服务体系的重点,最后提出完善佛山特色城镇产业创新公共服务体系的对策建议。Featured towns are a new urbanization model integrating production,life and ecology.The construction of featured towns is an inevitable requirement of China's new path of urbanization and an important way to achieve rural revitalization.Guided by relevant theories such as the basic laws of industrial transformation and upgrading and innovative development,and starting from the background of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper adopts comparative research and empirical analysis methods and on the basis of grasping the relationship between innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading,focuses on the public service system of industrial innovation,does in-depth analysis of the demands for innovation in the transformation and upgrading of Foshan's featured towns,the status quo and existing problems of the construction of the featured towns in the industrial innovation service system,puts forward the key points of constructing an industrial innovation public service system that meets the actual needs of the development of Foshan's featured towns,and finally comes up with countermeasures and suggestions for improving the industry innovation public service system in Foshan's featured towns.
