摘　　要：智能语音技术作为人工智能的重要组成部分,被广泛运用于各行各业。近年来,将智能语音技术运用到交通事故警情处理,提升交通事故的应急处理能力,成了人们普遍关注的热点。本文研究了智能语音技术在忙时辅助接警、智能填单、智能派警等三个方面的应用,并探索通过搭建道路交通事故处理智能指挥调度平台来提升交通事故处理效率。As an important part of artificial intelligence,intelligent voice technology is widely used in all walks of life.In recent years,the application of intelligent voice technology to the police handling of traffic accidents to improve the emergency handling capabilities of traffic accidents has become a hot spot of general concern.This paper studies the application of intelligent voice technology in three aspects,namely,assisting in receiving alarms during busy hours,intelligently filling orders,and intelligently dispatching police,and explores to improve the efficiency of traffic accident handling by building an intelligent command and dispatch platform for road traffic accident handling.
