摘 要:选用110个藜麦材料,在初花期分别使用无纺布袋、0.074 mm纱袋和羊皮纸袋3种隔离袋对花序进行套袋,成熟期测定不同套袋材料对主穗长和产量的影响,旨在为藜麦育种中隔离套袋材料的选择提供科学依据。结果表明,110个藜麦材料选用无纺布袋、0.074 mm纱袋和羊皮纸袋的平均穗长分别为23.19、18.30、21.19 cm,变幅分别为13~43、9~35、12~41 cm,表现为无纺布袋处理>羊皮纸袋处理>0.074 mm纱袋处理;无纺布袋、0.074 mm纱袋和羊皮纸袋的平均单穗产量分别为72.71、60.80、6.06 g,变幅分别为50.58~131.46、35.38~107.93、1.29~22.59 g,表现为无纺布袋处理>0.074 mm纱袋处理>羊皮纸袋处理;使用无纺布隔离袋的藜麦主穗长和产量的变异系数均最小。无纺布袋是藜麦套袋隔离纯化的最佳选择。In this experiment, 110 quinoa materials were used to bag the inflorescence in three isolation bags, non-woven bag,0.074 mm yarn bag and parchment bag, at the beginning of flowering. The effects of different bagging materials on the main ear length and yield were measured at the maturity stage, to provide a scientific basis for the selection of isolation bagging materials in quinoa breeding.The results showed that the average ears lengths of non-woven bag, 0.074 mm yarn bag and parchment bag were 23.19, 18.30, 21.19 cm,respectively. And the variation ranges were 13-43, 9-35, 12-41 cm, respectively, which showed non-woven bag>parchment bag>0.074 mm yarn bag. The average yield per ear of non-woven bag, 0.074 mm yarn bag and parchment bag were 72.71, 60.80, 6.06 g,respectively, with the range of 50.58-131.46, 35.38-107.93, 1.29-22.59 g, respectively, which showed non-woven bag>0.074 mm yarn bag >parchment bag. The variation coefficient of ear length and yield per ear with non-woven were lowest. Therefore, the non-woven bags are the best choice for quinoa bagging for pollen isolation.
